This week we witnessed one of the most sobering moments in all of Scripture: Abraham and Isaac on Mount Moriah. Here are a few ways to follow the story this week:

READ: Genesis chapters 22-30. As you read through the stories of Isaac, Rebekah, Jacob, and Esau, pay attention to how human fear and scarcity drive people into manipulation: Where do you see characters using deception or control to grab a blessing for themselves, rather than resting in God’s covenant promise of provision?
